7th grade schedule pickup

Description

Please bring a paper copy of your July 2022 gas, water or electric billing to Schedule Pick-up as Proof of Residency for the 22-23 School Year.  Failure to provide the requested document will result in your student being unable to pick up their schedule. 

NOTE: If you have moved, please provide our Registrar, Becky Betts, with the following at bbetts@coppellisd.com PRIOR to schedule pickup

1) Proof of Residency in the Coppell Independent School District:   

  • Signed Settlement Statement (signatures required are the purchaser and the Title agent).  A preliminary statement for estimation of closing costs is not acceptable OR
  • Deed of Trust OR 
  • Current Signed Rental Agreement (signatures must be provided by both parties).  Rental Agreement must show occupants, occupancy date, and Apartment # if applicable.     

2) 1 current utility bill (electric, water or gas). Bills must contain the resident name and address.   

If you have not received your first utility billing, we MUST have a copy of the Confirmation Letter/email from your gas, water or electric company.   

This will determine if your student continues to be zoned for Coppell Middle School East.

The School Supply Fee and Student Activity Fee must be paid BEFORE schedule pickup in August. These fees are REQUIRED for all Broncos. If you need financial assistance, please contact the CMSEast front office. Order now!
