Volunteering at the Bronco Barn is a great way to be involved at East and requires a minimal time commitment. The Bronco Barn is our school store that is open during the learners' lunch every Friday, with the exception of school holidays and/or testing days. There are two lunch shifts available, and we like two people to sign up for each shift. Consider signing up with a friend or meet new people and sign up on your own. Either way, you are guaranteed a fun time to experience East in action.
Please know that you will have to pass a background check with the district to volunteer for this opportunity. It is an easy form to complete. Please follow this link! Background Check Online
Coppell Middle School East is looking for a few volunteers to support us during lunch time in the cafeteria and outside (when weather permits). Our goal is to always be present and aware of what is happening at lunch. With more trusted adults available at lunch time we will be able to allow our students opportunities we currently cannot support. Volunteering will provide our Broncos with opportunities to play basketball, volleyball, sit outside at the picnic tables, and even bring back music Fridays. We simply need more adults present.
Please know that you will have to pass a background check with the district to volunteer for this opportunity. It is an easy form to complete. You must complete this every year. You can click on this link to access the information needed to complete the background check.

Did you know? If your student forgets an item at home and you need to deliver it to them, you will need to leave it on the bookshelf before you enter the front office. This includes things like water bottles, jackets, lunch and even iPads. The office staff will not deliver items to their class. Students will be reminded where delivered items are left and they will be able to retrieve them during a passing period
